Our VIP Helpline has an auto attendant that determines which law firm (CALS or Legal Aid) will handle the case after the caller shares the name of the county in which they live. The caller will be automatically directed to the law firm’s Helpline where an Intake Worker will determine if the caller is financially eligible to receive a free attorney or whether we can help with the legal problem. An eligible caller will receive legal information, advice, or limited or full representation after being interviewed by an attorney.
