• Current Partners

Beyond Opioids is grateful for its partners from state agencies, nonprofits, law enforcement, and healthcare providers.

All SUD providers, even those not currently a consortium partner, are welcome and strongly encouraged to refer their patients and clients to Beyond Opioids who need but can’t afford an attorney in civil matters. Use this form to make a referral:

  • Referral Process

    Once the form is submitted...

Once the form is completed, a Beyond Opioids team member will receive the information and reach out to the client to complete the initial intake process to determine if the client is eligible for services. Visit our Eligibility Requirements page for more information.

If the client is determined eligible for services, they will complete an interview with a staff attorney to determine what level of service they will be able to receive. Visit our Levels of Service page for more information.

If the client is not eligible for services, the referring partner will be contacted by Beyond Opioids staff to let them know.
